Tinnitus is a condition that causes people to hear sounds in their ears, like ringing, buzzing or other disturbances, when there is no external sound. It can vary in levels, and can impact mood, sleep and concentration. If you think you’re suffering from tinnitus, book an appointment with our healthcare team. (Add booking details here.)

Tinnitus makes you hear sounds inside your body; this can be a pulse, ringing, whistling, grinding or other sounds, and can cause hearing loss or increased sensitivity to noise. Living with tinnitus can be very frustrating, and draining, so it may be useful to look at some self-help tips.
