Ordering Repeat Medication
We understand that all Chemists in North Walsham have stopped automatically ordering medication on behalf of patients.
Patients now need to order their repeat medication from us by doing one of the following: –
1: With every prescription, you receive a repeat ordering slip. When you have ONE WEEK’s supply remaining, please complete the order slip by ticking the items you need for the following month. When complete, either put in the box inside the Surgery, or, when we are closed, please put in an envelope and post through the letterbox.
2: Order online by using our website. You can use the website either with or without a password – a password must be obtained by contacting the Surgery in person with ID. Having a password enables you to easily tick your medication requirements rather than having to list all your medication
We are NOT ABLE to accept any prescription orders over the telephone.
